The capacity is 4 million/year for electric kettle. Meanwhile, we also provides research and design for clients. Coz Zhanjiang the professional base for small household appliances in China. We are trying to offer better service to clients.

Our Products have passed CE, RoHS, FCC, ETL, CB and other certifications for overseas market, if you have any needs please check with our salesman for details;

3. Sample delivery time? What is the lead time for customized products?
For our conventional products, it will be shipped within 36 hours; Customized products will be shipped within 25-45 days. Please check the specific customization time with our sales when your order confirmed.

4. Can you provide customized services?
OEM & ODM are welcomed

5. Can I get some free samples from your company?
The company policy states that all customers need to pay sample and shipping fee if ask for samples. When you place an order, sample fee will be returned.

6. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1000 pcs of one model per size.

7. May I ask your payment term?
Usually we prefer T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance after cargo inspection before shipment, because T/T is more convenient and save time. For some VIP customers, we accept LC at sight,

8.When did your company establish?
Our factory established in 2015, had been exploring international market since 2017.

9. Can I customized colors for plastic parts, such as red, black, blue?
Yes, but the cost is a little higher than normal color.

10. Can you help me to design the artwork with our logo?
A: Yes, we can make designs for customers, but because different cultural backgrounds and market preferences, it will be better the buyer offers their own design.
